TelepsychHealth is a private practice providing telepsychiatric services to individuals in Illinois, Florida, California, Minnesota, Texas, New York, and other states. Since this is a virtual position, you would work from home, and patients are seen from their own homes during appointments. When open, this is a full-time W2 employee position with benefits. You would have the support of intake, benefit verification, insurance credentialing, billing, scheduling, and authorizations, and you would work closely with a team consisting of a psychiatrist, professional counselor, clinical social worker, and marriage and family therapist.
About the role
- If you are already credentialed by most insurance companies, you would start atundefinedhours per week forundefinedweeks, then increase toundefinedhours per week thereafter. If you are not yet credentialed, your starting hours would be determined by when insurance credentialing completes.
- Patients see you from their homes, not from a clinic or hospital.
- The average patient age is around 20–45, ranging fromundefinedto 65.
- Our EHR is ChARM: easy to use, reliable, and web-based, with an all-in-one patient portal and scheduling.
- New patient appointments areundefinedminutes; follow-up appointments areundefinedminutes.
- Pay is based on face-to-face time with patients.
- Interest in psychotherapy is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Carry out medication management and psychotherapy services in accordance with state and national regulations.
- Maintain the schedule of all your active clients.
- Complete timely appointment notes that comply with insurance contracts.
- Operate and troubleshoot your own technology (computer, software, EHR).
- Collaborate with the other providers of the practice.
Requirements
- An independent, unrestricted PMHNP license, with at leastundefinedyear of experience in the field.
- Hold a current license in Illinois, California, Texas, or New York, with a clean license history.
- Own a computer with a camera, subscribe to high-speed internet, and have a private, well-lit office to see patients.
- Able to work at leastundefinedhours per week.
- Willing to consent to a background check.
- Some evening and/or weekend availability is required.
- An NPI and an attested CAQH profile (register at nppes.cms.hhs.gov and proview.caqh.org), which are required for credentialing with insurance companies.
- Must not currently be under contract or bound by a non-compete with your current employer.
- Must live in the U.S.
